How do I get to NTAF?
Barking (District, Hammersmith & City, London Overground and C2C),
then either a 5 or an EL2* bus
Dagenham East (District), then a 103 bus
Dagenham Heathway (District), then a 173* or a 175 bus
Romford (TfL Rail, London Overground, Greater Anglia), then a 5,
103, 128 or 175 bus
5, 103, 128, 150*, 173*, 175, and an EL2*
*These buses stop before the park and require a short walk.

Can I use a debit or credit card at the festival?
NTAF will be running a cash only Bar however there will be ATM’s on site where cash can be withdrawn.
Caterers and other stalls will be run on a cash only basis.
Are there any age limits?
Friday: 16 Years Plus
Saturday: 6 Years Old & Above any child under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Where’s my ticket?
E tickets are supplied via Eventbrite upon purchase this is your entrance ticket please print and bring to the event. Should you have not received this email please visit www.eventbrite.co.uk and click on the HELP tab.
What are the dates for NTAF 2018?
The festival runs over the 24th, 25th and 26th August 2018!

Is there car parking facilities at Now That’s A Festival?
Yes the car park can be accessed via Rainham Road North, Dagenham, Essex, RM10 7EH
Car parking can be paid for in advance @ £5 per car.
Can I leave my car overnight?
This is not an encouraged option however:
You can leave your car overnight however, it must be removed by 10:30 am the following morning.
*Cars left overnight are at owners risk and the promoters will take not be liability for any property.
PLEASE NOTE – If your car is not removed it will be removed via an external CAR PARKING company and will be subject to additional fees.
Are tickets available on the door?
Subject to availability you will be able to buy General Admission tickets on the day.
Can I bring blankets?
Yes you can bring blankets to sit on *Please note it will be at your own risk for loss or damage.
No picnic chairs or fold up plastic chairs are permitted.
What sort of clothing should I wear?
NTAF is an outdoor music festival and takes place within the great green outdoors. We would suggest you dress appropriately for the occasion and the weather.
Can I get a refund?
All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Can I bring consumables into the festival?
No consumables are allowed into the Festival on any of the days.
Am I allowed to re-enter if I leave during the day?
Re-admission will be at our Festival Security’s discretion. Please also note that you will not be able to take alcoholic drinks out of or into the festival arena.

Disability & Carer Ticket
All disabled attendees who are in receipt Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) can gain entry for themselves plus a carer on a purchase of one ticket. Proof of this certification/award will need to be shown at entry to the festival to activate the free carer ticket.
Toilets & Disabled Facilities
There will be toilets located in and around the arena. Disabled access toilets are on site and accessible throughout the event.
Can I bring my dog/cat etc?
No pets or animals are allowed on site with the exception of registered guide dogs.
Is there camping at the festival?
There are no camping facilities at our festival.
The organizers do not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage or injury of any kind at the event or at the premises known as Dagenham Central Park.
You attend this event at your own risk, and by doing so you consent to filming, photography, audio recording as a member of the audience and use of such material by the organizer for commercial and non-commercial use.
We reserve the right to alter the Artists without prior notification.
NTAF reserve the right of Admission.
